Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
