Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, ensuring it is coated evenly, then dip it into the beaten egg. Finally, coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the battered chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
