Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, sliced mushrooms, and diced bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder as desired.
