Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 large head Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the broccoli by steaming or lightly boiling the florets until they reach a tender-crisp texture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until mixed thoroughly.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well blended.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  6. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, then transfer the mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
