Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 large head Broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the broccoli by steaming or lightly boiling the florets until they reach a tender-crisp texture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until mixed thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, then transfer the mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- Let it stand for a few minutes before serving to allow it to firm up a bit.
