Description

Ingredients

  • Lobster meat
  • Butter
  • Heavy cream
  • Dijon mustard
  • White wine
  • Garlic
  • Shallots
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme and parsley)
  • Salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster meat in boiling water until just done; then remove and chop it.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add chopped shallots and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Dijon mustard, white wine, fresh herbs, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold in the chopped lobster meat and let simmer for a few minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
