Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 jalapeño (sliced)
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons guacamole
Instructions
- Place the tortilla chips in the basket of your air fryer.
- Evenly layer the black beans over the chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese over the chips and beans.
- Distribute diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños on top.
- Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for approximately 6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and any other toppings desired.
