Ingredients

- 1 medium avocado, firm but ripe, diced
- 1/4 cup mayo

- Romaine lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
- Start by gathering all ingredients and prepping the vegetables.
- Chop the chicken evenly.
- Combine the chicken and crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
- Add the green onions, parsley, grape tomatoes, and celery.
- Mix well, then gently fold in the diced avocado.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayo, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
