Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 unit Lemon Zest
  • 1 unit Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Coconut Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1/4 cup Nuts


Instructions

  1. Measure your chia seeds and pour them into a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Add the almond milk or coconut milk to the chia seeds and whisk briskly.
  3. Incorporate the maple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in Greek yogurt or coconut cream for extra creaminess.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours, ideally overnight.
  6. Serve in bowls or jars, topped with fresh berries, granola, and nuts.

Notes

Whisk well at the start to prevent clumps. Overnight chilling yields the best texture.
