Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the top. Seal the bag, removing excess air, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite summer salads or sides.
Notes
Marinate longer for more flavor, use a meat thermometer for accuracy, and let the chicken rest to retain juices.
