Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with your favorite summer salads or sides.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Make sure to check the grill temperature for proper cooking.
