Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the mixture, then press Parmesan cheese onto each side of the chicken.
