Ingredients
- 4 cups cucumber, diced
- 8 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the diced cucumber, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Pour in the ranch dressing and sour cream, then add the fresh dill and garlic powder.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Gently mix all the ingredients until they are well combined.
- If desired, chill the salad briefly in the refrigerator before serving.
