Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
- Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
