Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly to form fritters.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
