Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and sweetener together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
