Delicious and juicy baked boneless chicken thighs, seasoned perfectly for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well-blended.
- Add the boneless chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs on the prepared sheet pan, smooth side up. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping at least once during cooking.
- Ensure the chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs in seasoning mixture for 30 minutes to a few hours. Let them rest after baking.
