Description

Delicious and juicy baked boneless chicken thighs, seasoned perfectly for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Add the boneless chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared sheet pan, smooth side up. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping at least once during cooking.
  5. Ensure the chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs in seasoning mixture for 30 minutes to a few hours. Let them rest after baking.
