Description

A creamy and savory shrimp dip, perfect for game days and gatherings, served with crispy garlic toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (reserve a few whole for topping)
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional for heat)
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, and seasonings. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in chopped shrimp and chives until combined. Spoon mixture into a baking dish, topping with reserved whole shrimp and extra cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  3. While the dip is baking, brush baguette slices with olive oil or melted butter, and toast until golden brown. Rub toasted slices lightly with cut garlic for extra flavor.
  4. Once the dip is ready, garnish with chives and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately with warm garlic toast for dipping!

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh shrimp. Adjust spice level to taste by adding more heat options. Experiment with different cheese varieties for a unique dip.
