An easy and delicious one-pan meal combining honey garlic sausages and roasted sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound honey garlic sausages
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Slice the honey garlic sausages and place them on the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausages are browned.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding diced bell peppers or onions. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
