Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
