Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
