Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Once the turkey is cooked through, pour the honey garlic mixture over the turkey.
- Stir to combine well and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
