Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil if using.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the sauce over the turkey, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles, or in lettuce wraps. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
