Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in the baking dish, and pour the honey garlic sauce over top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
