Ingredients

  • 1 half spiral cut beef ham (7-8 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the beef ham in a roasting pan, fat-side up.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and granulated sugar. Stir in nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, paprika, ginger, and allspice.
  4. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  5. Coat the scored ham with the glaze, ensuring it seeps into the cuts.
  6. Cover with foil and roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
