Ingredients

  • 24 ounces (about 700 ml) water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a large glass or bottle.
  2. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, pink Himalayan salt, and ground ginger.
  3. Stir or shake well until all ingredients are fully dissolved and combined.
  4. Taste and adjust if needed—add more lemon juice for tang or a touch of honey for sweetness.
  5. Drink immediately or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cold version.

Notes
