Ingredients
- 24 ounces (about 700 ml) water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Pour the water into a large glass or bottle.
- Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, pink Himalayan salt, and ground ginger.
- Stir or shake well until all ingredients are fully dissolved and combined.
- Taste and adjust if needed—add more lemon juice for tang or a touch of honey for sweetness.
- Drink immediately or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cold version.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for better flavor and nutrients. Chill for at least 30 minutes for a refreshing drink.
