A fun and healthy alternative to store-bought Kit Kat bars, made with wholesome ingredients for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rice cereal (gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Stir in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish to create an even layer.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and pour over the pressed mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy!
