Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rice cereal (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish to create an even layer.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and pour over the pressed mixture, spreading it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
