Description

A delicious and healthier alternative to store-bought chicken tenders, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken strips in spices or buttermilk before coating. Use a mixture of regular and panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
