Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip it in eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
