Description

Delicious and healthier baked chicken tenders, easy to customize and perfect for family meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip it in eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Opt for quality chicken and don’t rush the breading for the best texture. Experiment with different spices and herbs.
