Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious peanut clusters made with just three ingredients: peanuts, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the peanuts until well coated.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Allow to cool and set until hardened.
