Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs, Greek yogurt (or applesauce), honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
