Description

Delicious and nutritious chaffles made with tuna and cheese for a satisfying low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker


Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, shredded cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray or brush it lightly with oil.
  4. Pour half of the tuna mixture into the waffle maker, then close the lid. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
