Description

A delicious and nutritious parfait filled with fresh fruits, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Blueberries
  • Cherries
  • Mango (diced)
  • Red currants
  • Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Granola or oats
  • Mint leaves


Instructions

  1. Add a base layer of granola at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  2. Pour yogurt on top of the granola.
  3. Layer sliced strawberries, diced mango, and blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add another layer of yogurt and granola.
  5. Top with cherries, red currants, and mint leaves.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within a day.
