Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut)
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other dairy-free milk)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the maple syrup and nut butter until smooth.
<li Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Add almond milk to reach the desired consistency, if necessary.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
- Roll the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
Notes
