Description

Delicious and guilt-free protein-packed snack bites that satisfy your sweet tooth, perfect for post-workout or a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other dairy-free milk)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt.
    2. In another bowl, mix together the maple syrup and nut butter until smooth.

<li Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.

  • Add almond milk to reach the desired consistency, if necessary.
  • Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  • Roll the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for topping.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

 

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage and separate layers with parchment paper.
