Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until combined and slightly frothy.
  3. Stir in diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese until well-distributed.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace ham with sautéed vegetables. This dish is highly customizable and can be made ahead of time.
