- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until they are softened and fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
