Description

A quick, nutritious, and delicious stir-fry featuring lean ground turkey and vibrant bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
