Description
A quick and nutritious one-pan dish combining ground beef, fresh spinach, and crumbled feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also try substituting the beef or adding extra veggies to fit your taste.
