Ingredients
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 4 cups mixed lettuce
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Bacon bits (optional)
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare and season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Grill the chicken over medium-high heat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), then let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- While the chicken rests, arrange mixed lettuce, diced avocado, chopped eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese in a large bowl or platter.
