Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 4 (6- to 8-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade for basting while grilling.
- Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare the grill for medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F.
- Transfer the chicken to a platter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
