Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped (any color)

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large baking sheet, arrange the chicken thighs in the center.
- Surround the chicken with the chopped vegetables.

- Sprinkle the oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly across the chicken and vegetables.
