Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic scapes, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Combine the garlic scapes, parsley, oregano, and red wine vinegar in a food processor.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
