Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup garlic scapes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the garlic scapes, parsley, oregano, and red wine vinegar in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil slowly while the processor is running until emulsified.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
