Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Skewers (if desired)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic powder to make the glaze.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- If using skewers, thread the kielbasa and pineapple alternately onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill or sauté the skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and lightly caramelized.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the kielbasa and pineapple in the glaze for an hour before cooking. Use fresh pineapple for a fresher taste.
