  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Skewers (if desired)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic powder to make the glaze.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. If using skewers, thread the kielbasa and pineapple alternately onto the skewers.
