Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 8 oz melted chocolate
- Festive sugar or spice for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, dip each truffle into melted chocolate and coat evenly.
- Place the chocolate-coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with festive sugar or additional spice.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
