Ingredients
- 2 Gluten Free Tortillas
- 1 cup Daiya Vegan Cheese
- 1/2 cup King Arthur Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1 Fresh Avocado
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup Spinach, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread avocado on the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese, peppers, and spinach.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let sit for 1 minute, then slice and serve with salsa.
Notes
