Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
