Description

Crispy potato wedges infused with savory garlic and rich Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
