Description

Crispy and flavorful garlic Parmesan potato wedges make a perfect side dish or snack for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil; toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle potato wedges with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  4. Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the wedges and toss to coat.
  5. Arrange wedges skin-side down on a rimmed baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until fork-tender and golden, about 40 minutes.

Notes

For extra crispiness, flip the wedges halfway through cooking time. Adjust seasoning to personal preference.
