Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the diced potatoes in an even layer, then place the seasoned chicken on top.
