Description

Delicious cheeseburger flavors wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving some for flavor.
  3. Add the minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly combined.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in each piece and fold the dough tightly into a sealed pouch.
  6. Brush the tops of each pouch with melted butter. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Can be served with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.
