Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 Tbsp Butter (or olive oil)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 2 wedges Lemon (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, melted butter (or olive oil), minced garlic, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
- Spread shrimp mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh garlic and high-quality Parmesan cheese. Ensure shrimp are fully thawed and patted dry if using frozen shrimp.
