Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (or olive oil)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • 2 wedges Lemon (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, melted butter (or olive oil), minced garlic, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Spread shrimp mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh garlic and high-quality Parmesan cheese. Ensure shrimp are fully thawed and patted dry if using frozen shrimp.
