Ingredients
- 4 pieces ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks using tongs, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Lower heat and add heavy cream to the skillet, whisking continuously.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisk until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Slice steaks, plate them, and drizzle the sauce, garnishing with parsley.
