Ingredients

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, and baste the pork chops with the garlicky butter.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
